[mmi-arch] 7th WD of MMI Architecture has been published

The seventh Working Draft of MMI Architecture has been published
as follows.

The main differences from the previous draft are:
     * the inclusion of state charts for modality components
     * the addition of a 'confidential' field to life-cycle events
     * the removal of the 'media' field from life-cycle events
