InkXML contribution to W3C Multimodal Interaction Working Group

I am pleased to announce that InkXML, a specification for handling ink
input in multimodal applications, has been contributed by IBM, Intel, the
International Unipen Foundation, and Motorola, Inc. directly to the
Multimodal Interaction Working Group for consideration with respect to
multimodal interaction standards. The extent to which this contribution
will be used in the standards which the group is developing will be
determined by the working group's consensus process.
