Mobile Group @ W3.org, as SMS is in to the standard of GSM service, and widely used, is there any standard that work with both Web-Cell network(for messaging), There are many companies offering SMS/EMS/MMS Gateway etc, but All that Gateway providers conforming to any standard (w3c or any other) or any *Vendor Independent* way to create Message based application to integrate with Web ? plz note : SMS is used in Messaging context,i.e. same can be applied to EMS/MMS /Any Messaging based application.
