Hi Mehran,
You can simply store your WML pages and related content (WML script, wbmp images, etc.) in any 
WWW server and test them using a WML emulator. 
Receiving WAP requests (from WAP clients: WAP phones, etc.), and performing requests translation 
between TCP/IP protocols and WDP/UDP is the work of the WAP gateway.
