Using RDQL with CC/PP and UAProf

I've just been experimenting with RDQL, an RDF Query Language in Jena. For

I've written a short program to demonstrate how you can use RDQL with CC/PP.
Here I'm processing a UAProf profile and a UAProf schema. Note this is not
the official UAProf schema, it's one I've been playing with to investigate
the best way to represent resolution rules and data types. If you want to
give the code a try, you will need Jena-1.4.0.
