Mark,

I feel that representing CC/PP as XML would be beneficial specially when
considering limited devices. Presently there is a lack of tools for
processing RDF on environments like Personal Java and MIDP. This restrains
the possible uses of CC/PP in mobile computing. A shift from RDF to XML
would solve the lack of tools for those environments as tools for processing
XML are readily available.
