Hi "cafe babe" (I'm for a latte on Copacabana myself); the WAP Forum UAPROF group has developed such a description. It contains generic descriptions of devices which conform to the WAP specifications, which with WAP 2.0 includes XHTML, CSS etc. You can find it on http://www.wapforum.org/what/technical.htm. I think some manufacturers (Ericsson is one) have implemented CC/PP in their mobile phones, but I am actually not sure about where you can access the URI for the schema.
