CC/PP over HTTP document is available

Dear www-mobile subscribers:

I would like to inform www-mobile subscribers that 
the document named "CC/PP exchange protocol based on
HTTP Extension Framework" is available as a W3C Note
on the W3C page now.

This document proposes HTTP extension to exchange
CC/PP information effectively. 
The CC/PP exchange protocol is based on the HTTP
Extension Framework and complies with HTTP/1.1.
