Reminder: MathML meeting on Thursday

 We meet on Thursday at: 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern,7pm Central European
Time.

We again start with a few old items to see if there are updates. We are
coming to the end of our open issues! However, there is work to be done on
spec updates and polyfills.
