Reminder: MathML meeting on Thursday

 I hope everyone had a good break/holiday. We have three more meetings left
for the year. Hopefully we can resolve any remaining spec issues and vote
on CR in the last meeting of the year.

We meet on Thursday at 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern, 7pm Central European Time.
