JavaScript for Math usage

The best source we have is from the HTTPArchive and uses wapalyzer - it is
flawed in a lot of ways, but you can see that the number of domains using
these libraries is increasing (so are the number of sites crawled, so this
might be somewhat misleading). You can kind of access this data through
google's core web vitals tool... This link _should_ take you right to it
<https://lookerstudio.google.com/s/vFFFFPvgzNY>, otherwise I've included a
png in the email showing the same - the key points are that all of the
lines go up steadily over time and currently mathjax is used on 23,064
origins, KaTeX on 3,788 origins and math.js on 3,738.

cc'ing Barry from the HttpArchive to correct me if I've said something
incorrectly, or in case he's interested in saying more.
