MathML issues for interop 2025

Hello everyone,

Moritz and I have filed two issues for MathML Core browser
interoperability, 2025 edition.
They focus on:

MathML Core rendering (issue #787)
https://github.com/web-platform-tests/interop/issues/787

CSS styling for MathML Core (issue #861)
https://github.com/web-platform-tests/interop/issues/861

The deadline for submitting issues is today, so we erred on the side of
haste and submitted in the official repository. Feel free to offer feedback
of any kind - either via email, or in the WG meeting, or in the issues
themselves. We can edit the descriptions and offer additional detail as
needed.

Also, for everyone reading this email, support in the form of sending a
"thumbs up" reaction to the Github issue is always a welcome token of
appreciation.
