Re: MathML Vector representation issues

Hi Jamil,

It is great to see that you are so passionate about vectors.

Rather than rushing to leave, you may want to get more engaged with the
group through the MathML Core github issues tracker, where some of the
inconsistencies have already been reported and triaged.
I think your mention of <mover> is a good one, and some horizontal
stretching issues may still be seeking resolution there.

Possibly related is issue #213:
https://github.com/w3c/mathml-core/issues/213

For specifying the location relative to the base in all directions, since
you already know of mover/munder, you may be missing the <mmultiscripts>
element:
https://w3c.github.io/mathml-core/#prescripts-and-tensor-indices-mmultiscripts

Getting everything perfect in every browser is certainly a process.
"ASAP" sounds great, but keep in mind MathML has been around since 1998, so
the dynamics in play here are often on the slower side.

Greetings,
Deyan
