APA review recommendation

At the MathML meeting yesterday, I was tasked with looking whether the
"simple" option made sense and what other specs do. I sent email about that
yesterday. Additionally, I wanted to make sure the "4.1.2 Name, Role,
Value" suggestion didn't apply to us. The answer is that it doesn't as that
success criteria is intended as guidance for authors who create their own
UI components.
