Reminder: MathML Full meeting on Thursday

My goal was to put in a significant amount of time on MathML work this past
week, but the realities of trying to get a MathCAT release finished
prevented that. I don't see that anyone else did work this past week
either. Maybe it is just the summer doldrums/holiday season? Hopefully
someone will have some ideas to get more involvement going  (item #2)
