MathML Core Meeting Oct 31, 2022

Sorry for sending this late on a Friday, there are a lot of events
happening in Oct/Nov and I've been swamped.

Here is the information for the MathML-Core meeting next monday - there's
not a lot here - mainly some stuff I think just needs action and closure.
I'd really like to remain primarily focused on crossing some finish lines
as I know we have additional alignment and questions that will come up as
we move that forward.

* Brief progress updates/plans/who can make the best Halloween comment?
* #170 - publishing CR draft
* #150 - Update MathML links in the WHATWG specification
* #119 - Implementation report stopped updating...
