No one proposed a different topic, so as promised I want to open the discussion about the location/format for the list of intents. It is not about intent naming/syntax. To help guide the discussion, I think we should think about the five Ws<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Ws> and start with "what", "why", and "who" questions: 1. What is the purpose of the list? 2. Why do we need a list (probably the same as "what")? 3. Who (author, developer, end user, ???) will make use of the list? If we can come to consensus on those question in the call, the remaining questions are: * When does the "who" need to access the list (static, real time)? * Where should the list be located?
