maxsize="infinity"

At the meeting, we agreed to drop the somewhat anomalous "infinity" value
from mo@maxsize (not mentioning it is the default). This is issue
https://github.com/w3c/mathml/issues/294.

One thing we didn't discuss: does anyone know if this is used? Does anyone
know of a generator that generates it? If so, please put the info into the
issue.
