Chapter 4

SD: Chapter 4 needs a read-through as does appendices F and G. It is good enough for FPWD.

Accessibility appendix, ...

SN: will get together with NS and check the appendix.

Accessibility of folding sections. (Louis/I have been experimenting with nvda/chrome) (https://davidcarlisle.github.io/mathml/fold.html).

DC: folding does not always work with screen readers and chrome. The folding button is merged with the permalink so that the button expand/contract interaction is not available from the keyboard.
DC is experimenting with ways around this issue. We are using Chrome and NVDA.
