PL: will not be able to physically come to the TPAC. He will attend virtually. NS will attend in-person. *ACTION* PL sent a video script to NS for comment. NS requested that PL resend it. NS also has a video to do. BK has made a video and NS sent suggestions for the video. NS: The link for the non-payment-TPAC-registration option is at ( https://www.w3.org/2022/09/TPAC/registration.html). One person tried this link and it worked. After our August 18 intent meeting, Due to vacations, our next intent meeting will be our September 14 TPAC meeting. NS: Work remaining towards FPWD: (https://github.com/w3c/mathml/issues/342) NS has updated this check list. SN has some accessibility work to do. BM is reviewing the entire document. He is currently in chapter 2. He suggests that the difference between core and open be better explained. DC says the spec does not pass the W3C publisher rules. He will work on this when people finish their edits. NS is working on intent. He wants to clarify the role of the Google sheet as a reference document for the spec. Is the Google sheet the best way to store our elements that distinguish core from the full specification? DC: How can the Google sheet be arranged so one can ask for the prefix, infix, and postfix formats for the speech text? NS: create an issue to discuss this. <https://sandbox.cryptpad.info/code/inner.html?ver=5.0.0-05#cp-md-0-2-a-href-https-github-com-w3c-mathml-issues-289-allow-intent-attribute-on-content-a->2) Allow intent attribute on content <https://github.com/w3c/mathml/issues/289> This issue was reviewed. NS gave DG's position as best he could. NS: DG said that we should not put something in the spec whose details are not fully understood. DC summarized his position. SD: favors putting intent on content arguments. He suggests that when intent is used for a content expression, that the intent be sent unchanged to the presentation layer where the intent will guide the speech output. BM: authors should put intent on content as if it were going to be sent to speech directly. SD: Since ID, class, and style attributes can be put anywhere to guide how things are rendered by browsers, then intent should be allowed everywhere to guide how things are pronounced. DC proposed that intent be a global attribute. This was put to a vote of those present. There were no objections. It was noted that DG was not present to vote. <https://sandbox.cryptpad.info/code/inner.html?ver=5.0.0-05#cp-md-0-3-miscellaneous>3) Miscellaneous SN found several links that were pronounced the same (core) but went to different locations in the core spec (issue 407). This occurred in chapters two and three. DC will fix this so that the links will have different pronunciations. He will close this issue.
