NS: Everyone should apply to join the WG by having an organization sponsor
you or by applying to become an invited expert.

NS: How do we take minutes-- IRC or google docs?

BB: There are bots which help with the minutes in IRC.

PL: Says IRC is obsolete.

SN: IRC works for teleconferences.

BK: Prefers IRC.

DC: Queue management will not be difficult in the WG because of the small
number of meeting participants. More people will join later say 20 to 30
people in a meeting.

PL: Other groups will expect that we use IRC.

He has a IRC cheat sheet to help him remember commands.

NS: Suggests that Cary and Louis test hackmd and cryptpad for blindness
accessibility.

NS: Two options: https://hackmd.io/ and https://cryptpad.fr/

BK: You can use the IRC chat outside of the meeting times.

NS: Should we set up a Slack channel?

NS: Cary and Louis will try the above applications and see what works
instead of IRC.

BB: W3C does not have Slack documentation. But I’m using a bridge IRC-Slack
myself.

NS: Has anyone used bridges? Bridges between IRC and Slack. PL will check
into this.

BK: Are we ready to start the core and intent meetings?  Do we have one or
two meetings a week?

NS: Both the core and intent groups should meet once a week.

BK and NS will decide when to start the core group.

Core is about browser implementation.

NS: Announcements will go out on the Math working group list.

The core group will meet on Mondays. The intent group will keep the
Thursday meeting schedule.

The core group should publish in 2022, the intent group should publish in
2023.
