I added some cross referencing elements that hopefully are equivalent to some merge of the data kindly provided by Murray and Frédéric https://github.com/w3c/xml-entities/commit/b4da8d5de24f9078e4d7011718481483906ac3b5 Basically a combining character may have a <noncombref> element that reference a somehow related non combining character and conversely the non combining character has a <combref> the style attribute takes "above", "below" or "over" to give a hint about the context.
