Thanks for the reminder, I saw Khaled's pull request to unicode-math
last year and remember thinking at the time that unicode.xml would need
updating to match.

I can add the latex name information to match unicode-math and a
operator-dictionary stretchy=true
entry but if any of the other operator-dictionary fields should have
values I'd need some help with what the values should be!
