Firefox 16 Release Notes

Dear all,

I'm glad to announce that Firefox 16 is now available. Below are some 
notes for the release, aurora and beta channels. There haven't been a 
lot of new features for these three versions but I expect that the work 
started this summer by various contributors will finally be integrated 
in subsequent versions.

* Firefox 16:
   - Change the default value for attributes mo@lspace/rspace to 
"thickmathspace".
   - Selection attribute on maction is now considered by default.

* Firefox 17:
   - Update parsing for mtable@align

* Firefox 18:
   - Fix a bug when lquote/rquote are updated dynamically
