Yes. It's not explictly forbidden either, so I think we're OK. At the time that text was written cds didn't have the cdbase property so they were uniquely identified by their name. Probably when cdbase was added at OM2 we should have made that more explicit, but as you indicate that's a subject for OM lists rather than this one. But I will file a ticket for OpenMath (with you on Cc) to clarify this. yep, got it, thanks.
