thanks as always for you DTD comments.

  According to the DTD the attributes in %att-sizeinfo; cannot be set on the
  mstyle element. Section of the spec suggests that this should be
  possible. Adding %att-sizeinfo; to the attributes of mstyle would however
  cause a DTD problem, because %att-sizeinfo; and %att-tableinfo; share the
  attribute 'width'.

We have added the two remaining attributes from sizeinfo (height and
depth) to the attribute list for mstyle. This is in the internal version
of the DTD, and so consequently it will be in the DTD described in
appendix A of the next draft.

It will appear in the public version of the machine readable mathml and
xhtml+mathml DTD at Math/mathml2 when that's next updated (not sure
when, certainly before the REC release).
