Access is denied. Error processing resource 'http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/mathml.xsl'. As noted in the documentation at http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/ IE consiers it a security violation for am xml file on one server to reference a stylesheet on another so you have to copy the .xsl files to your server and then use a local reference in the stylesheet processing instruction in your document.
