new version of MathML test suite

Hello all,

There is a new version of the MathML 2.0 test suite.  It fixes the
bugs that have been reported, improves a number of sample renderings
(though there is still plenty of room for further improvement) and
adds a number of tests.

As before, if you encounter bugs, please report them to this list.
