Hello,
in ctop.xsl declare elements are simply removed. When I have understood the
standard right, e.g.:
<declare>
<ci> A </ci>
<list>
<ci> a </ci>
<ci> b </ci>
<ci> c </ci>
</list>
</declare>
should be rendered something like:
A:=(a,b,c)
If not, I think you should clarify, for what declare is useful, and how :=
should be written in MathML.
