It's a slippery slope. The W3C HTML Working Group is not the authority
of defining meaning/usage of characters.

Read the Unicode Standard. Relevant code chart is available in PDF at:
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0370.pdf
There are some notes, which might be useful. I don't think we should
duplicate/reinvent those information in XHTML entity sets.
