Here are some comments on Appendix I of the MathML 2.0 Draft. Hope they are useful. Pankaj Kamthan -- The MathML Specification at several places makes use of the acronyms "URI" and "URL". The following references for the definition of URI and URL may be useful: IETF RFC2396 IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force). RFC 2396: Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI): Generic Syntax, T. Note that these are different from the (obsolete) RFCs 1738 and 1808 mentioned in the XML Specification (http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-xml).
