Thank you for your detailed reading of the draft.
Most of your comments are clearly typos that we should fix!
Just a comment on two of them:

> "lower case" and "upper case" could read "lowercase" and "uppercase"

Two words is the form used in the original ISO files from which these
entity files are derived. The descriptions are taken without change
from the SGML SDATA entity files of the original ISO entity sets.

Oh thanks for picking that up! The XML file had the e acute as a latin 1
code point, in a utf8 encoded entity........
