That would be cs(Session-ID) as specified in the current draft.
[I'm the author of the session ID draft.. the log file draft began because I
needed to record it in log files.]
Looks like this would be a good place to put in an example...
#Fields: time cs-method cs-uri cs(Referer) cs(Session-Id) cs-username
?? OK are there more fields people want in?

Should state clearly that the purpose of the log format is to record all my
favourite fields Session-ID, Referer etc.
