Bogus mail messages stopped

The two lists www-lib@w3.org and www-talk@w3.org have today received a large 
amount of bogus mail messages from a person called

We are in the process of blocking this person from submitting any more mail to 
the mailing lists. While doing this we have been forced to block submissions 
from people who are not directly subscribed to the lists.

We apology for the inconvenience and hope to be able to restore the normal 
situation as soon as possible.
