Has anyone ported libwww to Stratus VOS OS? from Jonathan Easterling on 2002-03-25 (www-lib@w3.org from January to March 2002)

Hello,
	I was wondering if anyone has ported libwww to a Stratus VOS Platform? The system does not use make, autoconfig even have a shell as one would think of it. Is there any way to configure and build the library by hand? How difficult would this be?
