Hi,

This is a request to add PUBLIC declarations to all exported functions
in header files so that the dll can be build without the .def
file. Afaik, declaring functions to be dllexport or dllimport is the
MS recommended method. If interested, I have a patch ready to add the
PUBLIC statements.
