Who was still work on vms libwww hacking?

Hi,
    I was just subscrib to this mailing list. I have a currently a job work
on VMS system, I was prepare to implement libwww as the base code to
communicate with a windows 2000 via http protocol.
    Who was still work on vms libwww hacking would like to help me in
further developing.
