SSL hang and Libwww from Elliot Yan on 2001-09-06 (www-lib@w3.org from July to September 2001)

Hi all,

I am writing a small program that posts data into a HTTPS server using
libwww on the CVS tree.
It seems the program hangs whenever the post is happening.

I tried to use HTSSLhttps_init(NO) instead of  HTSSLhttps_init(YES);

But I was not able to to fetch some https-based web pages that formerly
worked with HTSSLhttps_init(YES).

Could someone give me some pointers?
