The POST body is corrupted after the first 16K from Putz Doug on 2001-02-16 (www-lib@w3.org from January to March 2001)

I'm posting large content to a server(~100K and up) and we've noticed that
the first 16K of the content is OK but after the first 16K the information
doesn't resemlbe any portion of the content of our information. Has anybody
else run into this situation and have you found and fixed the problem?
