How to put a chunk!

HI! Guys!
    Could you tell me to 'put' a chunk to a remote server. The API
function for saving ASIS

    extern BOOL HTPutAnchor (HTParentAnchor *       source,
                         HTAnchor *             dest,
                         HTRequest *            request);

is not clear.
