   I accidently deleted the file ( DLL.file , SHUTIL.DLL &nbsp;MCKRNL32.DLL) 
,so every time i start the window it prompt me with the massage " Error 
starting program" &nbsp;Please help me how to fix this proplem &nbsp .,and 
exactly what is the program that i accidently deleted so may be i can re- 
install it ? &nbsp ,thanks
