libwww and automatic configuration script ?

Can libwww handle with a "Automatic Configuration Script" in order to find a
proxy to work with.
I have check HTProxy.h and it does not contain any functionality for this,
and it looks like libwww can not handle such script.
Am I right in this assumption ?
