libwww-config.html

I have finished compiling w3c-libwww-pre-5.3.0, and would like to try it
with an application.  For checking out how to compile and link
application that use libwww, the install.html file has a link to
libww-config.html in the Library directory.  The file seems to be
missing, however.   Can you point me to it at the web site, or elsewhere
in the source?
