Changes to HTChunk committed to CVS

I have made the definition of the HTChunk object internal to the HTChunk
module so that it is not exposed to the world. This forces the use of the
access methods defined in

	http://www.w3.org/Library/src/HTChunk.html

This also caused a few changes to the SGML parser which used the structure
directly.

See the latest changes from

	http://db.w3.org/Library/latest.sql

Get them from

	http://www.w3.org/Library/cvs.html#update

and compile according to

	http://www.w3.org/Library/cvs.html#Easy
