Hmm, there are several changes which you can find at http://db.w3.org/Library/latest.sql?hours=1&days=7 If you don't have direct access to the libwww cvs repository then you can get the daily snapshop at http://www.w3.org/Library/Distribution.html#Snapshot It was last updated Tue Jan 19 08:30:00 1999.
