libwww/windows/world.dsw

I just grabbed a fresh CVS tree for an NT machine.  When I went
to build the world, I discovered that "libwww/windows/world.dsw"
wasn't there anymore!  I went back to the CVS tree on my Linux
machine; it wasn't there either.

Is there a different recommended way to build the world on Windows
now?
