Errors compiling under Windows from Andrea Peyracchia on 1998-09-05 (www-lib@w3.org from July to September 1998)

I have downloaded the latest version of all the files changed in order to
implement the timeout handling. The files are:
- HTAlert.c
- HTAnchor.c
- HTCache.c
- HTChannl.c
- HTDialog.c
- HTRobot.c
- HTLine.c

The compilation of both the debug and the release version stops after a
while with the following errors in file HTAnchor.c:
- HT_CACHE_ETAG undecleared identifier
- HTResponse_etag undefined, assuming returning int
- HT_CACHE_ALL undecleared identifier
