parse META and mailto Tag's with the SGML-Parser

Hi,

I'm writting a robot using libwww5.0a on NT 4.0 WS and i need to parse the
META and the mailto tag of a HTML-Document, how can i realize it ?

is there a way, to configure the HTML-Tags to parse ?
