Using the library under Windows

 In some configurations on PCs, I have some problems in using the library.

 Does anyone know how to use the library with 
   1. PC/NFS Pro
   2. a modem and Chameleon

 What are the actions required at the system level to be able to use the 
 library ?

 Any answer or comment will be very useful.
