Post in servlet

I'm running Jigsaw on Windows 2000.  I have a very simple servlet.  It's using service().  When I use method=get in my html form the servlet works as expected.  When I use method=post however, I get a 404.  

I don't have this problem on apache jserv.  Is there somekind of additional setup I need to do?
